The Ripple of Impact ROI: how your frequency shapes your organisation
I recently came across a post that made me smile:
As an energy leadership coach, I couldn’t agree more that energy, vibration and frequency is the game changer few people like to acknowledge. My own awakening in 2012 came through a profound shift in my vibrating frequency. This isn’t mystical nonsense — it’s simply an aspect of human existence that we haven’t been taught to understand.
Perhaps you already know this, but do you also embody the higher frequencies?
It starts with awareness
Consider these questions:
· How aware are you of the language you use, your tone of voice, and your internal mindset and beliefs?
· How much do personal challenges spill over into your work environment?
· Are you showing up authentically, or are you holding back your views, aspirations, or insecurities?
· How does your physical state influence your leadership?
· How do you approach disputes — are you aiming to win or seeking a win-win outcome?
· Do you lead with your heart or solely with a problem-solving mindset?
· How much do external factors impact your emotional and energetic state?
· What drives you — connection, results, or innovation? And why?
These questions reveal how your vibrating frequency influences both your leadership and the performance of your organization. Your vibrating frequency isn’t static — it fluctuates throughout the day within a certain bandwidth. There are moments when you feel in complete alignment with your vision (high vibing), and others where you return to a default state (your natural state now) or are triggered by a business problem (low vibe).
Elevating your default vibrating frequency
To consistently operate at a higher frequency, consider these steps just as a starter:
1. Acknowledgement: Recognizing yourself as a vibrational being is the biggest step. This is not just a mindset shift — it’s about embodiment.
2. Develop awareness: Before entering a meeting, pause and observe your state — are you relaxed, anxious, or too focused on yourself? Set a win-win intention for the meeting and release anything that doesn’t serve you. This simple practice, combined with breathwork, can transform your interactions.
3. Lead with empathy: If empathy doesn’t come naturally, cultivate curiosity. Notice how others speak, their body language, and energy. If someone seems nervous, how can you create ease? Ask questions, show interest, and involve others in meaningful discussions. Don’t pretend to be interested, be it. A higher empathic environment is needed for co-workers to feel at ease and included. Human connections are of high influence of our overall vibrating frequency as we all react emotionally.
Authentic energy can’t be faked
A forced smile or a positive mindset can elevate your energy shortly, but your true frequency is what people unconsciously respond to. Embodying a higher vibration requires self-reflection, emotional release, vulnerability, and authenticity. The rewards you will get in return is worth the inner change.
Which workplace would you prefer:
· One with a culture of gossip, complaints, can’t do, obedience or self-serving networking?
Or
· A workplace that vibrates of creativity, collaboration, co-worker responsibility, problem solving, and proactive co-workers and genuine connection?
The leadership shift
As 2025 emerges as a pivotal year in many ways, it is more important than ever to embrace the insights I am sharing. While the world may seem chaotic, we define our future — not world leaders or the dominant corporations. Yes, they play their role, but so do you. Every nanosecond, our vibrating frequency shapes reality. So, as a leader and entrepreneur, you directly influence those around you. This is your ROI — your Ripple of Impact.
Knowing something is not the same as embodying change. Mastering your vibrating frequency is crucial and the ultimate differentiator in today’s world. Reality is shaped by people, (and not AI), because we are emotional beings — energy in motion. Your vibrating frequency, shaped by your emotional state and the collective energy of your organization, continuously defines your business reality. Again and again, every nanosecond.
Raising your frequency as a leader is the greatest gift you can give your organization. The vibrating frequency you cultivate will be reflected in the market. Yes, you can keep pushing for results and force numbers, but at what cost?
